Game 3:Youth Offline
Introduction
Good morning.
You woke up to the sound of the alarm clock. What? Alarm clock? It’s not a phone alarm, it’s the old, conventional alarm clock we know! An alarm clock that replaces your phone! You got up and looked around. Everything seems the same in your room, but your computer and tablet are missing. While you were trying to understand what was happening, an envelope caught your eye. Your name is written on it. You opened the envelope and read what was written:
Dear user,
Welcome to YouthOffline Program. You have now been included in this program due to government policy. Considering the greatly increased rate of cybercrimes such as identity theft, cyberbullying and hate speech, and the negative psychological effects of social media on users, the government decided to include young people aged 12-19 in this program.
The aim of this program is to ensure that young people use social networks healthily. For this reason, you have been disconnected from all social networks. What is expected from you is to complete this program successfully.
Young people who successfully complete the program and receive a license will be able to use social media. To get this license, you need to complete some tasks and get the necessary points. Your social media usage opportunities will increase according to the points and badges you receive. Having a full capacity social media license and being able to navigate the online world freely depends on your determination to accomplish your tasks.
Good luck…
So give it your all! We look forward to seeing you at the finish line!
Main Goal of The Game
The player who wants to obtain a “Social media usage license” in this program must complete various tasks (mandatory and optional) for which the player earns points.
