Final Coordination and Development Transnational Meeting #5 (CDM#5)

The fifth and final Coordination and Development Meeting (CDM5) of the GameCRIT project took place in Padova<\/span>, on March 10th and 11th, bringing together all project partners to mark the culmination of their collaborative work. The meeting focused on reviewing achievements, finalising outputs, and ensuring a strong and sustainable project closure. <\/p>

This final meeting placed strong emphasis on the completion of financial reporting and budget control under WP1, confirming that all resources had been managed efficiently and in full alignment with the project\u2019s objectives. Partners also carried out the final project evaluation and coordinated their contributions to the comprehensive final report. <\/p>

Under WP2, the consortium presented and validated the final version of the framework and methodology<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, alongside the completed web content layout and translations<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. Particular attention was given to the integration of gamification and critical thinking into teaching and learning processes, ensuring both pedagogical quality and long-term sustainability of the results. <\/p>

Regarding WP3, partners reviewed the completed WebAPP<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, focusing on its functionality, interactivity, and educational value. The results of the pilot phase were fully analysed and incorporated into the final version of the application. Final adjustments were confirmed, along with the development of user guides and tutorials to support effective implementation in educational environments. Sustainability strategies were also discussed to guarantee continued use of the WebAPP beyond the project\u2019s lifecycle. <\/p>

In WP4, dissemination activities were thoroughly assessed through reports and tracking tools. The project website was reviewed in its final version, and partners coordinated the implementation of final multiplier events aimed at maximising the project\u2019s visibility and impact across the educational community. <\/p>

The meeting concluded with a comprehensive reflection on the project\u2019s outcomes, key achievements, and lessons learned. Final steps were agreed upon to ensure a successful closure, while reinforcing the partnership\u2019s commitment to sustaining and expanding the impact of the GameCRIT project results in the future. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The fourth Coordination and Development Meeting (CDM4) of the <\/span>GameCRIT<\/span><\/b>project took place in Bursa, T\u00fcrkiye, on November 6th and 7th, 2025, hosted by Peyami Safa Ortaokulu<\/strong><\/span><\/span>. <\/span>The meeting brought together international partners to monitor the progress of various work packages, with a particular focus on administrative amd managing reporting (WP1) and the presentation of final versions of the framework and methodology documents for critical thinking narratives (WP2)<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>Partners validated the current status of web content development and translations, ensuring strategic alignment between pedagogical objectives and the digital tools being produced<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

During the sessions, detailed attention was given to the development of the WebAPP (WP3), including the supervision of gamification functionalities and an analysis of the pilot phase feedback<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>The working group established next steps for fine-tuning the application, creating user guides, and the final integration into the project website<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>Additionally, dissemination strategies (WP4) were monitored and final multiplier events were planned to ensure the long-term sustainability and impact of the educational tools developed by the partnership<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
